Mr. T. Kuhan is a partner of the law firm Badri, Kuhan, Yeoh & Ghandi. He is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya & Singapore and also a Registered TradeMarks, Industrial Designs and Patents Agents in Malaysia. In addition, he is a member of Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA), Licensing Executives Society Malaysia (LESM), Asian Patent Attorneys Association - Malaysian Group ( APAA ), International Trade Mark Association (INTA) and Malaysian Invention and Designs Society (MINDS). He is currently the Vice -President of the Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA) and the Malaysian Country President for the Asian Patent Attorneys (APAA). He has about 17 years practical experience dealing mainly in the area of intellectual property protection and Intellectual property court litigation.
